Safety goes beyond systems and procedures, it is a shared attitude and a collective responsibility embedded in our everyday actions, decisions and behaviours on site and in the office.

We maintain robust work practices, closely monitor performance and invest in training, leadership and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure safety remains front of mind across all operations.
We also recognise that wellbeing is fundamental to performance. We support the mental and physical health of our people through a range of wellbeing initiatives and provide access to confidential counselling services for employees and their families, helping them navigate both work‑related and personal challenges.

Melchor adheres to all relevant Work Health and Safety legislation and maintain certification to ISO 45001. This international standard guides our approach to managing health and safety risks, helping us provide a safe and healthy working environment.
