Damien Johnson – General Manager
Damien Johnson is an experienced General Manager who has built his career with Monadelphous over a 20-year period. With an engineering background, he has delivered complex projects across diverse industries and global markets. His expertise spans the full project lifecycle, including EPC delivery and multi-disciplinary construction. Damien is passionate about building collaborative teams and trusted client relationships to achieve practical, high-quality outcomes.
Dylan Ogilvie – Growth and Resources Manager
Dylan Ogilvie brings more than 25 years’ experience in civil construction. As Growth and Resources Manager, he builds safe, inclusive and high‑performing teams, with a strong focus on training and workforce development. His background spans operations, project delivery and business growth, offering a practical, end-to-end perspective on successful project delivery. Dylan is also a strong advocate for mental health, leading Melchor’s support of MATES in Construction and serving on the Construction Training Fund Board.
Martin Headd – Pre-Contracts Manager
Martin Headd is a senior civil engineering professional with over 25 years’ experience across complex infrastructure projects in the UK and Australia. A founding member of Melchor, he leads the pre-contracts function and supports project start-ups for major works. Martin brings deep expertise in civil construction and infrastructure, with a strong track record in early project planning, contractor involvement and value engineering, helping clients optimise outcomes and deliver long-term value.
Simon Holmes – HSE Manager
Simon Holmes brings extensive cross‑sector experience from a distinguished career spanning the mining and construction, rail, marine, and oil and gas industries. As Melchor’s HSE Manager, Simon provides strategic leadership across the business, ensuring safety, health and environmental systems are embedded, consistent and effective. He is committed to supporting teams to perform their work safely and efficiently, while fostering a strong, proactive safety culture that underpins operational excellence and long-term sustainability.
Isabel Mendes – Quality Manager
Isabel is an experienced quality manager and engineer with expertise in quality systems, risk management and continuous improvement in complex project environments. At Melchor, she strengthens organisational capability through robust governance, integrated management systems and data-driven decision-making, ensuring projects consistently meet regulatory, client and business expectations while delivering long-term value.
Michael Sigrist – Operations Manager
Michael is a civil engineering leader with more than 25 years of experience across Switzerland and Australia. At Melchor, he leads the engineering function and is responsible for delivering strong engineering outcomes across projects. He brings deep technical expertise across commercial construction, civil and mining infrastructure, with a disciplined approach that ensures engineering excellence, strong governance and consistent project performance.
Lewis Dalwood – Finance & Accounting Manager
Lewis is a senior finance and accounting professional with more than 15 years of experience across a range of industries. As Finance and Accounting Manager, he provides strategic leadership across Melchor’s financial and operational planning, supporting sustainable growth and strong, trusted stakeholder relationships. Known for his inclusive leadership style, Lewis leads a high‑performing team focused on disciplined financial management and value creation. He is a member of CPA Australia.
Jaco Basson – Contracts Manager
Jaco brings more than 20 years of commercial, contracts and project management experience across major civil, infrastructure and resources projects in Australia and Africa. As Contracts Manager, he provides strategic commercial leadership, supporting teams with contract strategy, risk management and value-focused decisions. His experience spans large-scale road, bridge, rail and energy projects, with strong commercial acumen and a structured approach that drives clarity, accountability and strong client relationships.
Louis Holtzhausen – Project Controls Manager
Louis brings over 22 years of international experience across Australia, the UAE and the UK as a Project Controls Manager, combining strong technical and commercial expertise. He leads project controls, commercial management and governance, helping teams deliver complex projects with clarity and confidence. His background spans nuclear, rail, aviation and major developments, with strengths in cost control, risk, reporting and contract administration, driving performance on large-scale EPC programs.
Hadiah Mojaddidi – Operations Support Manager
Hadiah is a senior operational leader with 10 years of experience at Melchor. As Operations Support Manager, she provides strategic oversight across workforce planning, systems and processes, ensuring alignment and efficiency across the organisation. She brings deep knowledge of the business and is recognised for driving operational improvement, modernising systems and embedding people-centred strategies that support sustainable growth and strong culture.
