Melchor is a leading civil construction contractor and a wholly owned subsidiary of Monadelphous Group Limited, delivering safe, high-quality outcomes on large and technically complex projects across remote, regional and metropolitan Australia.
Established in Western Australia in 2017, we provide specialist civil capability across the resources, infrastructure and power sectors, including bulk earthworks, structural concrete, drainage and supporting civil infrastructure. As a direct hire contractor, our experienced workforce and hands‑on delivery model enable us to perform critical scopes safely and efficiently.
Since joining the Monadelphous Group in 2023, Melchor has expanded its capability and capacity while retaining the responsive, accountable culture that defines our business. Backed by the strength and stability of an ASX‑200 contractor, we deliver technical excellence and certainty from project inception through to completion.
