Car Dumper 3 Replacement Project

Monadelphous was awarded the project to remove, refurbish and reinstall two car dumper cells at CD3 in Port Hedland.

The civil works scope included the construction of pile cap foundations, a new substation, transformer bays, excavation of electrical service trenches, stair crossover foundations and a laydown assembly slab.

To support project delivery, Monadelphous mobilised a skilled Melchor workforce that was fully integrated into the project team to execute the civil works. Working collaboratively within the broader project environment, Melchor successfully delivered the required scope while maintaining high standards of safety, quality and efficiency.
