As part of our state partnership with MATES, all Melchor Contracting employees complete the General Awareness Training within the first 3 months of their employment. It brings Melchor immense pride that many of our workforce choose to go on and complete their Connector and ASIST training. We ensure any employee who wants to complete further training, can. These programs educate our team on good mental health practice, help with their ability to build resilience, and connect their teammates to support networks and help when they need it.
