A significant milestone in our growth journey, Melchor Contracting is pleased to announce that as of 31st October 2023, we have met all the conditions precedent to join the Monadelphous family.

Since our inception in 2017, Melchor Contracting has helped execute some of Western Australia’s largest and most exciting civil construction projects, formed meaningful relationships, and proudly supported the communities we live and work in. Eager to create further opportunities for our people and business, we recognise that joining the Monadelphous family is the right fit to support this.

Understanding the value our clients and suppliers find in dealing directly with Melchor Contracting’s dedicated team, we are committed to preserving that dynamic. Melchor Contracting will have the same team managing operations, who will continue to deliver the same high-quality service, tailored solutions, and attention to detail that have been our hallmarks.

From a day-to-day point of view, it’s business as usual for our team, suppliers, and the projects we are part of. Our team will have access to the additional resources associated with a tier-one ASX 200 engineering company, such as personnel, a large plant and equipment fleet and a strong balance sheet.
