Today it was announced that Melchor Contracting has entered into an agreement to join the Monadelphous family, subject to the satisfaction of conditions precedent that are usual in transactions of this nature.

Monadelphous is a leading engineering company headquartered in Victoria Park, providing construction, maintenance and industrial services to the resources, energy, and infrastructure sectors.

Through joining the Monadelphous family, Melchor Contracting will have access to the additional resources associated with a tier-one ASX 200 engineering company, such as personnel, a large plant and equipment fleet and a strong balance sheet.

From a day-to-day point of view our customers will continue to be supported by the same Melchor Contracting team they’ve come to trust and rely on.
